1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or Australia Post.
2. Shipping Information
Shipping is available within Australia only.
Orders are shipped via Courier.
If you have a preferred shipping carrier between these two, please email us immediately after payment to request your preference.
3. Delivery & Redelivery Fees
If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, a redelivery fee will apply.
TNT redelivery incurs an additional fee of $50.
We cannot arrange for couriers to call prior to delivery.
4. Returns Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly different from the description or defective under warranty.
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return request.
Returns due to change of mind or if the product does not meet the desired intended use will be accepted within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error or faulty product.
