Thank you for shopping with MR-IT. Please read our Warranty and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Final Sale Agreement

Your purchase constitutes a binding contract. Once you complete a purchase, it is considered final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns except as stated in this policy.

2. Warranty Coverage

Used Items: All used items come with a one-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Ex-Demo Items: Warranty terms for ex-demo items vary. Please refer to the specific product description for details.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Once payment is received, orders will be shipped to the confirmed address upon checkout and PayPal.

MR-IT is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.

4. GST & Tax Invoice

All final sale prices include GST.

A tax invoice will be provided for all purchases.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a bid or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions, including our shipping and warranty policies. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.
